Dear Diary,
I don't particularly like diaries, I never have for some reason or other. So I'm sorry Diary, as you have not offended me. I'm not really sure what it is that I dislike about them but I've just never seemed to like the irony of writing to the book I'm writing on - although reading back on your thoughts is surposed to be healthy!

There isn't anything outstanding that has happened as of late; work is creeping up on me, the holidays are getting shorter and my bed is calling for me earlier and earlier. Where is my youth going? When was the last time I actually read a book out of leisure? Which one would I choose? Nine books I have that I need to read. Nine! My dear Nan insists on buying them for me (bless her) and I'll never turn her stubborn side. Afteral, she is a stubborn, heavy smoker and has been for the past...oh, sixty years? No little tantrums of mine will get her to change, sadly.

I'm to start my Wall Hanging fairly soon which will be a task heavily involving textiles and lots of paper work. I've just finished making a child's toy for a 3-4 year old child that I might post on here, just to fill in the gaps!

The subject for my Wall Hanging is "All About Me", so I think I'm going to throughly enjoy this one!!
